With a total of 229 online respondents participated in this study. Primary data were obtained from an online survey using Google Form with likert scale. Author evaluated data using SPSS 27.0 to assess the validity and reliability test, also used AMOS 26.0 Graphic to analyze the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and examine the hypothesis result. The results of the analysis confirm that e-WOM is affecting destination image but not significant, also affecting tourists’ attitude and travel intention significantly. However, the destination image had a negative affect towards travel intention significantly and tourists’ attitude affected travel intention significantly. The results of this research will contribute to the fields of tourism destination marketing, e- commerce, tourist destination branding, and e-tourism. This research was conducted by collecting data from 30 respondents who are customers of UMKM Sanjai Anna. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were selected purposively. The questionnaire consists of questions related to product quality, price, advertising, and purchasing decisions. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that product quality, price, and advertising have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Sanjai Anna's SMEs. Good product quality can increase customer confidence and satisfaction with the product, thereby influencing purchasing decisions. Competitive prices and promotion through advertising also have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions for MSMEs in Payakumbuh, especially for Sanjai Anna's MSMEs. The data analysis technique uses 'path analysis' (path analysis) where the data has been tested for validity, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results of the analysis found that 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Nyitdah Hospital; 2) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Nyitdah Hospital; 3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital; 4) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital; 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital; 6) Leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at Nyitdah Hospital. From the results of the study, it was found that emotional quotient, work professionalism, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of BPK Bali Province employees. This means that the higher the emotional quotient, work professionalism, and the better the leadership style, the higher the employees’ work performance at BPK Bali Province. In the aspect of emotional quotient, BPK Bali Province needs to improve the ability of employees to feel others’ feelings and have competencies that are in accordance with job desc. Work preparation in the industrial era 4.0, competency, hard skills and soft skills are the variables used. in this research. All participants in this research were students from Indonesian public and private universities, or generation Z. A total of 400 final semester Generation Z students aged 18 to 28 years were used as samples in this research. Proportional random sampling is the method used for sampling. Questionnaires are used in survey data collection methods. AMOS 26 software was used in the data analysis procedure for this research with the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The methods used in this study are descriptive and causal methods with a quantitative approach. This study used primary data obtained from the distribution of the online questionnaires to 230 respondents, and the secondary data from other references. Primary data processing in this study utilized IBM SPSS Statistic and AMOS 26 Software using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) as the research model. The results of this study showed that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision.
